This store Lost one of my items that I paid to have them pack and ship and refused to accept responsibility because I couldn't produce the shipping box. How could I produce the box if they were sending it to va? Asked for workers name to file a complaint and he refused. Rude help and very very bad customer service
Rudest staff imaginable, without fail, every time. Web site shows store being open until 7 PM for pick up nightly. The sign on the door reads 6:30, the owner does not care, and locks his shop a half hour before UPS says he should close. TERRIBLE!
Do not follow their posted hours. Close early when slow.
really good service and quick aswell. I feel bad for the only staff their that seems to know what he is doing. He had to help multiple people because his boss did not seem to know what he was doing or saying. but that being said it was a good experience
Staff demanded that I pay $4.85 for a roll of packing tape for 16 inches worth of it that I needed. I offered to buy the tape only if he would leave it there for others to use - he said how can he make money as a UPS store if he agreed to that! Will be transferring all my shipping needs going forward to Staples or USPS :) Will also be writing to BBB about this.
