I took my brand new car there to get one thing done then all of a sudden the same day after getting it back, I have numerous problems that were unexplainable. The owners only suggestion was to leave it and he'll call me with how much it'll cost to fix. At this point I was scared to leave it because I didn't want anymore damage done then what's accoring now after being in there hands less then 24 hours. On top of that the demeanor of this person was unbearable and what blown my mind was that he was in charge. Never again will I go there or ever recommend anyone there. Best believe I came out of pocket for it to be "fixed". Wish there was .1 of a star to give but I don't even think that would match my experience.
He is very rude. Even though you will have any coupon code, he will not entertain any coupon here. Horrible behavior.
I took my vehicle to them to have my exhaust system checked. They said to me I needed a muffler. Ok, I had it replace when I drove off after the repair, i still here the same noise. I made a u-turn back to the shop now they tell me it my manifold. he said he didn't hear the noise before because he didn't drive the car that's crazy how can you know it was the muffler if you didn't drive the car.
Called the Meineke shop around lunch time, spoke with Andy involing an issue with my muffler. He told me to bring my car in @5pm to inspect the issue. Got there exactly at 5pm and was seen in less than 5 mins by Andy himself. Turns out I needed my flex pipe replaced, which Andy was willing to replace right away. Keep in mind the shop closes at 6pm, I think this great customer service.
Awful experience ... When you take your vehicle for a simple oil change and on your way home your car inexplicably begins to over heat knowing that they were just under the hood, well logically you take it back. But, when the owner / manager begins a blame game instead of offering a sensible solution indicates its just coincidental and if you want it fix you have to pay otherwise you can take your car, it leaves you feeling sadden and taken for a fool. After $20,00 for the initial oil change, and an additional $60.00 plus tax spending approx $80.00 in total left me numb. I'm a faithful Meineke customer and it just so happened that unfortunately the establishment near me closed. I must say that I will never recommend anyone in my lifetime to this specific establishment.
