It's not this office its Bank of America in general. They hit me with $400 in overdraft fees all for which were not my fault; and refused to refund them!!!! Stay away from BOA go with Wachovia or if you want a better bank go with E*Trade Checking, which has no overdraft fees and free ATMs. =)
Worse than DMV
They told me I was pre qualified for a credit card then ran the application only to try and sell me a secured card using my money to secure it. TD is the best bank ever.
Very Bad experience with this branch. No one will own the responsibility for their failure to correct the mistakes made by the employees
